The Red Sea Initiative (RSI) is a network of foreign policy practitioners specializing in the affairs of the Horn of Africa and its surrounding region. RSI works to bring together policymakers, practitioners, and thinkers on the affairs of the Red Sea to address and analyze the region’s challenges and opportunities.
